Discovery
Brain Download
With help of prompts and questions, we get a full brain download about your startup, innovation, goals, challenges, market and competitors. This can be done via voice messages, writting, a call… whatever is more convenient for you
Defining Success and Roadmap
We meet for a 45m call to define what success looks like for this project, defining goals and coming up with a roadmap for our collaboration. We also clarify any questions about the brain dump you sent us before

Execution
Strategy
Why should investors/clients choose you? why should they care? why now? With this, we lay the foundations of your brand, landing page and pitch decks
Designing
We create the designs and iterate, with streamlined feedback loops that help us understand each other and effectively reach a solution that works and fits your startup
Building Assets
After the visual part is approved, we build all the assets, including physical and digital business cards, mail signature, landing page and editable pitch decks. We use tools like Canva, Google slides and Wordpress whenever possible to facilitate small changes from anyone on your team, no matter the skill level

Handover and Support
Final Files Handover
We handover all the files in different formats, including the editable versions and print-ready versions, so anyone can pick up from where we left off if needed
Style guide
Create a style guide that outlines colors, typography, and visual elements so you can maintain consistency across all channels
1 Month Support
We offer 1 month support for print files adjustments, small landing page updates, and anything we might have forgotten. We know your brain is always running at 100 miles an hour (ours is too!), so we’re happy to stay flexible.

Elix Design Studio was born from a freelancer’s desire to use her skills to create meaningful change in the world. After 4 years as an independent brand strategist and designer, she started working part-time with AstroLabs in startup accelerator programs, where she quickly fell in love with its fast-paced innovative environment, finding purpose in helping impactful innovations scale and communicate their value more effectively.
Elix was born from her expertise in branding and design combined with what she’s learning daily working alongside startups, program managers, instructors and investors. Instead of the standard (and expensive!) branding and design services most agencies offer, we have solutions that truly solve startups’ challenges, while fitting within their tight budget.
